★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei óculos nessa Ótica me decepcionei bastante meu óculos veio com defeito tive que aceitar outro óculos para não ficar no prejuízo.
Em resposta a ótica diz que a minha peça não tinha garantia "acho que é uma piada" se a peça faz parte do óculos e o óculos não tinha nem três meses de uso, claro que estava na garantia. O técnico que avaliou o óculos disse que a peça em questão já havia sido colada "palavras do próprio pessoal da ótica". Ou já veio da Fábrica com defeito ou armação não era nova. Apesar de ter recebido um outro óculos julgo o mesmo inferior ao óculos que eu escolhi anteriormente e continuo extremamente insatisfeito.
I bought glasses in this Optics I was very disappointed my glasses came with defect had to accept another glasses not to be at the loss.
