★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me chamo Adelson e tive uma grande decepção na ótica Tavares do calçadão da rua São Cristóvão, sou cliente a mais de 15 anos da ótica Tavares, quando ainda tinham somente uma loja na rua Santo Amaro, através de mim minha família comprar óculos com eles, mas a última experiência foi ruim, comprei dois óculos para minha esposa um completo, e outro somente a lente escura quiz aproveitar a armação dela pois estava em ótima condição, o problema foi quando eu recebi o óculos deles, a armação estava toda arranhada, como se tivesse sido lixada, infelizmente fui ingênuo o bastante para não conferir como estava as condições do óculos quando recebi, e somente depois que saí da loja fui ver tal prejuízo na armação, voltei na ótica mas já era tarde, para eles eu fui o causador do dano mesmo eu voltando apenas uma hora após ter recebido, até a proprietária Eliana me negou resolução, lamentável está situação. Fica a informação a todos, está ótica não merece confiança se mesmo assim for fazer um óculos com eles, fiquem atentos pois mesmo com toda a confiança que eu achava que eles mereciam fui enganado.
My name is Adelson and I had a great disappointment at the Tavares optics on the São Cristóvão street sidewalk, I have been a customer of the Tavares optics for over 15 years, when they still had only one store on Santo Amaro Street, through me my family bought glasses with them, but the last experience was bad, I bought two glasses for my wife, one complete, and the other only the dark lens I wanted to take advantage of her frame because it was in great condition, the problem was when I received their glasses, the frame was all scratched, like if it had been filed, unfortunately I was naive enough not to check the condition of the glasses when I received them, and only after I left the store did I see such damage in the frame, I went back to the optics but it was too late, for them I was the cause of the damage even though I returned just an hour after receiving it, even the owner Eliana denied me a solution, this is a pity. The information remains for everyone, this optics is not trustworthy if you are going to make glasses with them anyway, stay tuned because even with all the trust that I thought they deserved I was deceived.
