★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isso é um lixão. Não vende nada q presta.comprei um óculos e paguei 1.200 e em dois meses ESTAVA com riscos profundos. Levei lá. e a moça falou q poderia trocar.ja q ela viu q não foi mal uso más o material q usaram de Quinta.ok.fui la várias veses ela me falando q estava na fábrica pra trocar. Resumindo voltei lá apos um mês sem ninguém me dá satisfação e descobri que o óculos estava la do jeito q eu deixei. E a moça q havia antendido. Falaram q estava de férias e q esse óculos não teria jeito q foi mal uso.saí de otaria e agora tentando comprar Outro ja q esse não vale nada...
This is a dump. It doesn’t sell anything. I bought a pair of glasses and paid 1,200 and in two months I was at deep risk. I took it there. and the girl said she could make it. she saw it wasn’t badly used but the stuff she used from Quinta.ok.fui there several times she was telling me she was at the factory to change it. In short I went back there after a month without anyone giving me satisfaction and I found that the glasses were there the way I left them. And the girl who had spoken. They said q was on vacation and q that glasses would have no way q was misuse.saí of otaria and now trying to buy Another already that this is worth nothing ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei meu óculos bifocal com armação e era para ter pegado no dia 13/11/21 e um diantes me ligaram falando que tiveram um problema ecom meu óculos e eles avisariam quando ficaria pronto. Estou tentando ligar e não consigo, já deixei recado no celular e até o momento não retornaram e não sei a previsão de quando ficará pronto. Infelizmente está acontecendo o mesmo do que alguns relatos por aqi. Espero que entrem em contato. Ordem de serviço 4186
I bought my bifocals with frames and it was supposed to be picked up on 11/13/21 and one of them called me saying they had a problem with my glasses and they would let me know when it would be ready. I'm trying to call and I can't, I've left a message on my cell phone and so far they haven't returned and I don't know the forecast when it will be ready.
