Colocam todos func para almoçar deixam um só.
Total despreparo e atendimento péssimo.
Se não falo nada na recepção seria mais tempo de espera. Não indico e não retorno nesta clínica.

Total unpreparedness and terrible service.
If I don't say anything at the reception, it would be more waiting time. I do not recommend and do not return to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelas recepcionista, te tratam com descaso, parece que você está pedindo um favor. Além disso, quando liguei me informaram o horário de fechamento errado (quando vc liga elas falam que fecha às 11h. Porém, o Google informa que fecha às 12h que é o horário real de fechamento).
Se houver a necessidade de fazer outro exames jamais retornarei a esse lugar.
Bad service by the receptionist, they treat you with disregard, it seems that you are asking a favor. Also, when I called they told me the wrong closing time (when you call they say it closes at 11 am. However, Google informs that it closes at 12 pm which is the real closing time).
If there is a need for another exam, I will never return to that place.

Horário de atendimento mostra que é ate as 17h00 e cheguei as 16h45 e não atenderem, alegando que era somente ate as 16h30..
Perdi tempo e os funcionários não quis atender...
O atendimento não é por horário agendado, é
por ordem de chegada, disseram que tinha que ligar antes pra confirmar se estava aberto!
Um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial muito bom, tudo muito limpo, agora se você precisar falar com eles via telefone o atendimento é péssimo, não atendem telefone e quando atende deixa você na linha por muito tempo.
