★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de empatia com paciente ....se estiver bem vestida eles dão atenção....se não, fazem pouco caso......estou a quase 2 meses tentando fazer um tratamento e cada vez que ligo eles ficam de dar o retorno e até agora nada...... Péssimo atendimento.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de consideração com o paciente, Sou cliente a anos e com frequência deixam de me atender por 30 min de atrasado , devido as "normas da empresa".claro que tenho ciência dos horários e que não cumpri com o meu, devido a os imprevistos , acho que antes de ter um horário a cumprir ,toda empresa precisa ter consideração e se fidelizar com sua estrutura e fonte de renda , que nesse caso são os pacientes...Falta de interesse com os clientes.

I really enjoyed the service provided to me and my 6 year old daughter. They are super attentive to children, both the pediatric dentist and the orthodontist and the dental clinic
