★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imobiliária não confiável. Aluguei um imóvel comercial na jurubaruba 707 em São Bernardo. Onde tive diversos prejuízos ocasionados pela situação horrível do imóvel com vazamentos de água e infiltrações onde perdi inclusive mercadorias.
Entreguei a chave para a imobiliária a alguns dias e a imobiliária não me entrega a carta que eu preciso para descaucionar o imóvel que foi dado como garantia.
Isso esta me causando prejuízo porque deixei de alugar outros imóveis.
Resumindo imobiliária não é confiável.
Unreliable real estate. I rented a commercial property at Jurubaruba 707 in São Bernardo. Where I had several losses caused by the horrible situation of the property with water leaks and infiltrations where I even lost goods.
I gave the key to the real estate company a few days ago and the real estate company does not give me the letter I need to desecure the property that was given as collateral.
This is causing me damage because I stopped renting other properties.
In short real estate is not reliable.
