★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimos. Eu iria comprar pra mim e minha família mas quando vi as respostas que eles dão para os clientes no ifood eu desisti na hora. Falta de profissionalismo até mesmo quando estão errados, só faltam mandar os clientes tomarem no c*. Parecem uma criança respondendo os clientes, coragem!
Aprendam a tratar um cliente porque são eles que indicam para outras pessoas e fazem sua empresa crescer, se um cliente não gostou de algo peça desculpas e procurem melhorar e não digam que o cliente é um infeliz!
Bad. I was going to buy it for me and my family but when I saw the answers they give to customers on ifood I gave up right away. Lack of professionalism even when they're wrong, all that's left is to tell customers to drink it at c*. Look like a child answering customers, courage!
Learn to treat a customer because they are the ones who refer to other people and make your company grow, if a customer didn't like something, apologize and try to improve and don't say that the customer is unhappy!
