Vamos ao ocorrido: realmente o vendedor respondeu às minhas mensagens apenas 3 dias após ter feito contato por Whatsapp e email. Se prontificou a trocar a peça, e assim o fez após eu enviar a peça de volta e pedir para enviar a troca por SEDEX, já que havia atrasado muito toda a negociação. Não o fez mandou PAC o que levou mais uma semana. Entre o pagamento da encomenda e o final com o recebimento da troca, que por sinal muito mal acabada, feita as pressas, sem nenhum controle de qualidade, foram mais de 40 dias. Não digo e nem disse que agiram de má fé, mas sim com negligência e desinteresse. Mas como me enviaram a troca vou melhorar um pouco minha avaliação. E infelizmente não voltaria a comprar e nem indicaria. Sinto muito.
