1 O ambiente é bem bacana e descolado , fica uma garagem, a iluminação e decoração é bem bonita , fica localizado em uma rua tranquila, o garçom atende super bem .
2 vale muito a pena experimentar as cervejas artesanais e a batata fria dele , é tipo canoa. Tem umas 3 opções de batata , A tradicional é a melhor.
3 Outro ponto positivo no local é a música , muito boa, combina com o ambiente e da vontade de passar mais tempo
Pontos negativos
Hamburger
1 A carne não tem muito sabor , falta sal e pimenta , a carne não tem o descanso necessário, sai muito líquido no prato, escorrega pelas mãos , diferente de quando a carne tem o descanso e fica bem suculenta por dentro .
2 pão . O pão tradicional de brioche com a logo da hamburgueria tostada fica bem bonito e da um efeito bem legal no pão , mas ele não é bem selado , e não tem aquela crocancia por dentro como um bom pão deveria ter , por não ser selado e a carne soltar bastante líquido o pao fica muito úmido e começa a despedaçar quando você começa a comer .
3 cebola caramelizada
A cebola não tem um sabor presente e também não estava agridoce . Uma pena ; pois a cebola caramelizada da um toque especial no hambúrguer
4 molhos
Umas das maiores decepções, a hamburgueria conta com varios molhos artesanais ,
Eu pedi molho especial ; que a proposta seria aquele molho big Mac ; mas o sabor de tempero predomina e o molho não traz um bom sabor , o molho barbecue foi o pior na minha opniao , ele é caseiro , acredite que tenha goiaba nos ingredientes e também tem canela , o que traz um gosto travoso , não da pra comer . De todos os molhos o menos ruim é a maionese verde ; que tem aquele sabor tradicional de maionese temperada .
5 cebola crisp
A cebola crisp da uma crocancia especial no hamburger , mas ela amarga um pouco na boca porque parcialmente ela é mais tostada em umas partes .
Considerações finais
O visual é muito bonito e é o que te atrai a ir no lugar , mas não está perto de ser um dos melhores hambúrgueres que já provei . O hambúrguer não tem sabor , o pão não ajuda , e os molhos pioram ainda mais . Vale ir no lugar pelas cervejas e pedir uma batata frita tradicional . Local bom , atendimento bom , comida sem sabor .

1 The meat does not have much flavor, there is no salt and pepper, the meat does not have the necessary rest, there is a lot of liquid on the plate, it slides through the hands, different from when the meat has the rest and it is very juicy inside.
2 bread. The traditional brioche bread with the toasted hamburger logo is very beautiful and has a very nice effect on the bread, but it is not well sealed, and it does not have that crunchiness inside as a good bread should have, because it is not sealed and the meat looses a lot of liquid, the bread becomes very moist and starts to shatter when you start to eat.
3 caramelized onion
The onion does not have a present flavor and was also not bittersweet. A feather ; because the caramelized onion gives a special touch to the hamburger
4 sauces
One of the biggest disappointments, the hamburger shop has several artisanal sauces,
I ordered special sauce; that the proposal would be that big Mac sauce; but the flavor of seasoning predominates and the sauce does not bring a good flavor, the barbecue sauce was the worst in my opinion, it is homemade, believe that it has guava in the ingredients and also has cinnamon, which brings a bad taste, eat . Of all the sauces the least bad is green mayonnaise; that has that traditional flavor of spiced mayonnaise.
5 onion crisp
The crisp onion gives a special crispiness in the hamburger, but it is a bit bitter in the mouth because partially it is more toasted in parts.
Final considerations
The look is very beautiful and is what attracts you to go in the place, but it is not close to being one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. The hamburger has no flavor, the bread does not help, and the sauces get even worse. It's worth going to the place for beers and ordering a traditional french fries. Good location, good service, tasteless food.

Pedi um hamburguer, HB7, com chedar, cogumelos e cripy de cebola, mas não estava bom, o chedar estava exagerado e cobriu o sabor de tudo, pedi também uma porção de onions rings que estava bem massuda e encharcada de óleo. Infelizmente a experiência não foi boa.

I ordered a burger, HB7, with cheddar, mushrooms and onion cripy, but it wasn't good, the cheddar was exaggerated and covered the flavor of everything, I also ordered a portion of onions rings that was very thick and soaked in oil. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom e a casa bem bonita, o lanche estava muito bonito porém pedi com molho de gorgonzola e pra minha surpresa tinha 0 gosto de gorgonzola e era um molho super ralo e fino apesar de vir bastante, a carne não tinha gosto, faltava sal e pimenta, além de vir muito “úmida”, que aponta pouco tempo de descanso da carne dps de pronta, a batata é muito gostosa, mas o cheddar estava salgado, para mim, estava boa pois gosto de coisa mais salgadinho mesmo, o churros com doce de leite era delicioso! Fiquei um pouco desvencilhada apenas com o creme de gorgonzola, que não tinha gosto de nada

O lanche é muito bom, saboroso, carne no ponto certo, esse escolhido era de dois hambúrgueres, tudo muito bom.
As fritas estavam sequinhas e vieram acompanhadas de uma maionese verde muito boa.
Altamente recomendável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, pedi pelo ifood e um dos hamburguers era velho parecendo que sobrou um extra de um pedido anterior e jogaram no meu pedido só para não “perder” dinheiro, veio amassado, frio e o pao todo encharcado.Só estou escrevendo aqui pq mandei mensagem para o restaurante e eles literalmente ignoraram por completo, nem quiseram saber o que tinha acontecido e disseram apenas que ia passar para a cozinha, não peçam neste restaurante, caiu muito a qualidade. É o hambuguer da esquerda da foto, parece que veio sem pão embaixo justamente pq grudou e estava encharcado.
I don't recommend it, I asked for ifood and one of the hamburgers was old, looking like there was an extra left over from a previous order and they threw it into my order just so I wouldn't “lose” money, it came crumpled, cold and the bread all soggy. message to the restaurant and they literally ignored it completely, they didn't even want to know what had happened and just said it would go to the kitchen, don't ask at this restaurant, the quality dropped a lot. It's the hamburger on the left of the photo, it looks like it came with no bread underneath because it stuck and was soaked.
