Demorou aproximadamente 2 meses para os trâmites internos entre a Órigo e Cemig mas agora está muito bom. Tava pagando em média R$ 450,00 por mês e já tem 4 meses que pago na faixa de R$ 380,00.
It really saved me 15% on average, which was really worth it at this time of very high energy bills. It took approximately 2 months for the internal procedures between Órigo and Cemig but now it's very good. Quando solicitei o cancelamento dos serviços a empresa não mencionou que deveria pagar uma fatura de quase R$300,00 que seria em forma de 'contingência', dois meses depois veio com um papo furado que eu deveria pagar esses valores.
Não contrate pois a empresa não é idônea, falta de transparência total para o consumidor.
Terrible! Don't hire.
When I requested the cancellation of services, the company did not mention that I would have to pay an invoice of almost R$300.00, which would be in the form of a 'contingency', two months later they came up with bullshit saying that I should pay these amounts.
Do not hire because the company is not reputable, lack of total transparency for the consumer.

Quando fiquei sabendo realizei o pagamento, mas mesmo assim cancelaram minha assinatura e lançaram uma multa de 372 reais sem qualquer fundamento. Em todos os contatos manifestei que queria continuar com a assinatura, mas não querem reativar.
Terrible company. They canceled my subscription for an invoice they didn't send. When I found out I made the payment, but they still canceled my subscription and imposed a fine of 372 reais without any reason. In all contacts I expressed that I wanted to continue with the subscription, but do not want to reactivate it.
