★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fiquei + de 4 hrs esperando p tecer um cabelo, alegaram q tinham outros na frente e q viram buscar. Durante o período q permaneci lá não apareceu ninguém p buscar nada. Muita má vontade e falta de empatia.
Lousy service, I was 4+ hours waiting to weave a hair, they claimed that they had others in front and that they saw it. During the period that I stayed there, no one came looking for anything. Much ill will and lack of empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre comprei cabelo lá e nunca tive problemas. Mas fiquei por dois anos usando outros métodos, pois onde moro não tenho tanta facilidade de fazer manutenção. Resolvi voltar a usar e fui comprar lá. O cabelo tinha sido pintado e depois de algumas lavagens apareceram muito fios brancos e a costura foi muito mal feita eu perdi 50% do cabelo pois ele saia na mão. Eu tirei antes do tempo, pois só andava de turbante devido a queda de cabelo. Constrangedor e um bom prejuízo.
I always bought hair there and never had problems. But I stayed for two years using other methods, because where I live I'm not so easy to do maintenance. I decided to use it again and went shopping there. The hair had been dyed and after a few washes appeared very white threads and the sewing was very poorly done I lost 50% of the hair because it comes out in the hand. I took it out of time because I only wore a turban due to hair loss. Embarrassing and a good injury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro cabelo la desde de 2007 exelente , ja comprei no local , entrega no metrô e motoboy sempre cumpriram ... tive problema uma vez com a costura e queda resolveram na hora. A qualidade do cabelo sempre foi boa.
I bought excellent hair since 2007, I already bought it on the spot, delivery on the subway and motoboy always complied ... I had a problem once with the seam and fall they solved right away. Hair quality has always been good.

The best hair you have in the region. The service provided by the young man who was there today was wonderful, as it should be...the blonde girl who has been working there for a long time, it's terrible...I only buy there because of the quality of the hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw an ad on social media and the way that the advertisement appeared, it was an all female company that would send out high-quality wigs and they were running a special and I thought OK this might be fun. I ordered three weeks, I paid extra for expedited shipping which still took six weeks to arrive, I only received two of the three wigs, and every time I reached out to customer service they kept asking me if I would just take $22 refund and not have to send it back. I kept telling them over and over and over they did not send me the third wig and that was a bigger deal to me aside from the fact that the quality was nothing like they said it was. OK fine, I’ll keep the wigs and we will do a costume party and use them at some point in time. they finally admitted that there was a mixup in their warehouse and it never got sent and again if I would except $22. I believe I paid $36 for each wig plus expedited shipping. No matter how many times I mentioned and made even screenshots of their admission of failing to send the item, all they would do is say all they could do for me was refund $22 and I don’t have to send it back and it became a back-and-forth game. I thought this was coming from South America, but I could tell it was out of China based on the email exchange and the return address with Chinese wording/images within the name. I’m angry because I feel like two and they stole money from me. They didn’t send a third wig, I didn’t get a refund for the full amount that I paid for it but rather I’m stuck with two wigs that are not that great at all, and I’m out money for an item that I never received. I finally said fine, I will take the $22 just so that I can put this to rest and feel like I had some sort of resolution!! Very disappointed and I am now convinced that I’m no longer going to be shopping online for anything, if I can’t find it local then I don’t need it that bad!
