★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiencia com esta loja. Precisei de ferramentas de relojoeiro, comprei algumas por internet e não funcionaram para mim. Por esta razão, sacrificando horas de trabalho, tive que ir pessoalmente na loja, que fica distante de mim pois moro e trabalho nos jardins. Ao chegar lá fui incrivelmente bem recepcionado e atendido por um ótimo vendedor (Nascimento), com ele, me inteirei dos detalhes de tudo e separei diversos produtos, dentre eles, ferramentas, baterias e outros apetrechos mais para equipar minha oficina. Após 30 minutos analisando e separando os ítens, chegou o dono da loja (um barrigudo com ar de dono da bola), desmanchou meu cesto de compras, disse que não iria me vender nada pois eu era pessoa física e me mandou comprar em outra loja (cliente dele) do outro lado da rua. Um japonês mal humorado, careiro e que não tinha quase nada do que eu precisava. Nunca mais piso nesta loja e também não vou comprar do site dela, como é a vontade do barrigudo dono da bola.
I had a bad experience with this store. I needed watchmaker tools, bought some online and they didn't work for me. For this reason, sacrificing hours of work, I had to go personally to the store, which is far from me because I live and work in the gardens. When I got there I was incredibly well received and attended by a great salesman (Nascimento), with him, I learned about the details of everything and separated several products, among them, tools, batteries and other equipment to equip my workshop. After 30 minutes of analyzing and separating the items, the store owner (a big-bellied man with the look of a ball owner) arrived, took my shopping basket apart, said he would not sell me anything because I was an individual and ordered me to buy it in another store (his client) across the street. A bad-tempered, friendly Japanese man who had almost nothing I needed. I will never step in this store again and I will not buy from her website either, as is the will of the paunchy owner of the ball.
