★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o fechamento do projeto tudo maravilhoso, depois da abertura do champanhe para comemorar a venda, torna-se outra loja, o vendedor não retorna, o suporte e péssimo, em menos de um ano as articulações cansam, as fórmicas soltam, os armários desnivelam.... e as garantias de 5 anos não cobrem nada, falam que foi desgaste de uso e cobram absurdos para o conserto, que demora décadas para acontecer... jamais compraria de novo, um preço muito acima do mercado e a qualidade fica muito a desejar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA ASSISTÊNCIA , desde o início. Para móveis que foram comprados em agosto de 2019 e prometidos para novembro ,até hoje não conseguiram montar totalmente (Fevereiro/2020). Pedem desculpas a toda hora mas a desorganização e o desrespeito ao cliente é o maior que já vi. Em nossa reforma , onde trabalhamos com mais de 15 fornecedores somente a Ornare até agora não conseguiu cumprir o que prometeu. Toda a cadeia de funcionários participa da “embromação “ , do vendedor até os escalões maiores. Em tempo: O pagamento foi adiantado. ARREPENDIMENTO TOTAL !!!!!!
LAST ASSISTANCE, from the beginning. For furniture that was purchased in August 2019 and promised for November, until today they have not been able to fully assemble (February / 2020). They apologize all the time but the disorganization and disrespect for the customer is the biggest I have ever seen. In our renovation, where we work with more than 15 suppliers, only Ornare has so far failed to deliver what it promised. The entire chain of employees participates in the “embromação”, from the salesperson to the highest levels. In time: Payment has been made in advance. TOTAL REPENTANCE !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um orçamento em 11/12/2019 na loja da Av. Gabriel Monteiro da Silva, a qual eu imagino ser uma loja conceito e fui muito mal atendido. Cobrei uma resposta diversas vezes via WhatsApp, fui pessoalmente na loja duas vezes e estou esperando um orçamento até agora, dia 21/12/2019.
A vendedora Vanessa se quer teve o trabalho de abrir o meu projeto e/ou tirar dúvidas, isto porque eu procurei especificamente por ela, por indicação do meu arquiteto que faz parte da equipe da Debora Aguiar.
Estou extremante desapontado com a loja, com o atendimento e com a arrogância que eu fui tratado. Não recomendo a Ornare e não voltaria nem cogitar a possibilidade de adquirir algo com eles, porque se a venda é assim, fico imaginando como deve ser o pós venda.
I requested a quote on 11/12/2019 at the store at Gabriel Monteiro da Silva Avenue, which I imagine to be a concept store and was very poorly attended. I covered an answer several times via WhatsApp, I personally went to the store twice and I'm waiting for a quote so far, on 12/21/2019.
Saleswoman Vanessa wanted to open my project and / or answer questions, because I looked for her specifically, as indicated by my architect, who is part of the Debora Aguiar team.
I am extremely disappointed with the store, the service and the arrogance that I was treated. I do not recommend Ornare and would not return or consider buying something from them, because if the sale is like this, I wonder what the after sale should be like.

Os produtos são realmente diferenciados, mas prepare-se para ser julgado.
Eu e minha família estamos construindo um sonho: o apartamento que sempre desejamos! E levei minha esposa e filho (1 ano) para conhecer o que poderia vir a ser parte deste sonho. O fato é que a experiência foi um pesadelo.
Após alguns dias da visita, voltei a perguntar à vendedora Vanessa sobre a estimativa de orçamento. Ela ficou resistente em dizer e começou a perguntar em que lojas eu estava fazendo cotações. Preferiu especular e apontar que todas eram muito inferiores, e que a Ornare era muito mais cara - ao invés de simplesmente informar a estimativa do orçamento (não é um projeto, é somente a estimativa) e deixar a escolha por conta da família.
Fui inocente num primeiro momento, passando todas as informações solicitadas, mas só depois entendi que estava sendo arbitrariamente julgado e descartado, tendo que pedir por favor para receber um orçamento. Bizarro, não?
Para mim, a linda Ornare, que em um primeiro momento parecia especial, se mostrou a personificação do descaso ao ser humano. Não é uma questão de preço, e sim de Valores/Princípios. Porque do respeito e da integridade, eu não abro mão.
Não volto tão cedo, nem tão pouco recomendo.

The products are really different, but be prepared to be judged.
My family and I are building a dream: the apartment we always want! And I took my wife and son (1 year old) to know what could become part of this dream. The fact is, the experience was a nightmare.
After a few days of the visit, I asked saleswoman Vanessa again about the budget estimate. She was reluctant to say and started asking in which stores I was asking for quotes. He preferred to speculate and point out that they were all much inferior, and that Ornare was much more expensive - instead of simply informing the budget estimate (it is not a project, it is only the estimate) and leaving the choice to the family.
I was innocent at first, passing on all the requested information, but only later did I understand that I was being arbitrarily judged and discarded, having to ask for a quote please. Bizarre, isn't it?
For me, the beautiful Ornare, who at first seemed special, proved to be the personification of neglect to the human being. It is not a question of price, but of Values / Principles. Because of respect and integrity, I don't give up.
I won't be back anytime soon, nor will I recommend it.
