★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pois não tem um pingo de responsabilidade com o cliente,fiz meu tratamento particular onde tive que refazer tudo denovo em outro dentista pq o serviço ficou como se não tivesse feito 350 reais jogado fora,e eles nem se quer fez questão de resolver o problema,eu burra indiquei meu marido pra ir fazer o tratamento pelo plano,mas problemas pq só desmarcam consultas com desculpas esfarrapadas quando na vddd e pq não tem organização na agenda e não para dentista pq todo mês que vai lá tá uma diferente ,aí fui lá indiquei denovo uma amiga aconteceu o mesmo pq na primeira consulta dela já desmarcaram,ontem meu marido estava com a última consulta marcada advinha?desmarcaram falando que a dentista estava doente,tentamos remarcar aí já disseram que não tinha horário com ela pq estava difícil e agora me falaram que estão com problema na agenda..moral da história o plano de dentista vence o mês que vem ficamos um ano enrolado nesse consultório e saímos no prejuízo...não indico pra mas ninguém .. Péssimo em todos os sentidos ,espero ter ajudado alguém a não cair na mesma que caímos
Lousy service because it does not have an ounce of responsibility with the customer, I did my private treatment where I had to redo everything again at another dentist because the service was as if I had not made 350 reais thrown away, and they didn't even care to solve the problem. problem, I stupidly indicated my husband to go to the treatment for the plan, but problems because they only clear appointments with lame excuses when in vddd and because there is no organization in the agenda and not for dentists because every month that goes there, there is a different one, so I went there I indicated again a friend happened the same because at her first appointment she was already unmarked, yesterday my husband had the last appointment scheduled right? unmarked talking that the dentist was sick, we tried to reschedule there already they said she didn't have time with her because it was difficult and now they told me that they have a problem in the agenda ... moral of the story, the dentist plan expires next month, we spent a year wrapped up in that office and left in the loss ... I do not indicate for but nobody .. Terrible in every way, I hope I helped someone not to fall in the same way that we fell

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo consultório, estou a praticamente 1 ano tentando terminar meu tratamento e não consegui, desmarcam consultas no dia, mandam watts pra desmarcar, vc pede pra remarcar e já não respondem mais, ligam pra desmarcar falando uma coisa e depois já fala que é outro motivo, não indico pra ninguém, muito desorganizado para agendar as consultas, sem compromisso com o cliente.
Sem falar nas trocas os dentistas, que frequentemente mudavam, só comigo foram 3.
Lousy office, I'm practically 1 year trying to finish my treatment and I couldn't, cancel appointments on the day, send watts to cancel, you ask to reschedule and they don't answer anymore, call to cancel by saying one thing and then says that is another reason , I do not recommend to anyone, too disorganized to schedule appointments, without commitment to the client.
Not to mention the exchanges, the dentists, who frequently changed, just 3 were with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui fazer lipo papada, passei o cartão na primeira consulta do valor total. Foi difícil conseguir a segunda sessão e pra marcar a terceira foi impossível, precisei pedir meu dinheiro de volta e isso demorou 1 mês. Não indico, pois não tem respeito com cliente.
Bad service, I went for lipo waddle, I swiped the card at the first appointment for the total amount. It was difficult to get the second session and to schedule the third was impossible, I had to ask for my money back and it took 1 month. I don't recommend because they have no respect for the customer.
