★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! Fujam desse lugar pra fechar pacote é a coisa mais fácil do mundo, mas pra fazer as sessões é terrível, não caiam nessa! Evitem esse lugar! Comprei o pacote com hora marcada, e depois de dois meses sem ninguém entrar em contato, pedi pra cancelar e disseram que não vão reaver nada, querendo me forçar a continuar com o atendimento. Eu tô pagando pra nunca mais pisar nesse lugar. Muito ruim!!!
Terrible!!! Run away from this place to close the deal is the easiest thing in the world, but to do the sessions is terrible, don't fall for it! Avoid this place! I bought the package by appointment, and after two months without anyone contacting me, I asked to cancel and they said they won't get anything back, wanting to force me to continue with the service. I'm paying to never set foot in this place again. Too bad!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pacote de depilação a laser de 10 sessões, a primeira sessão foi ótimo, atendimento, profissional, fui com horário marcado, atendimento pontual!
Ao final fui marcar o retorno (segunda sessão) e fui informada que as outras sessões seriam por ordem de chegada!
Cheguei dia 18.12.2021 as 8h45 da manhã e a moça informou que meu atendimento iria demorar uma hora e meia para começar, pois tinha 3 pessoas na minha frente!
Sim, e tem quantos profissionais para o atendimento?
Tem 4 profissionais, mas só tem uma máquina!?
Absurdo!! Você paga um procedimento, iludida que vai ser atendida pontualmente, chega no local vai ficar uma hora e meia olhando pro tempo!
I did a 10-session laser hair removal package, the first session was great, service, professional, I went with an appointment, punctual service!
At the end I went to schedule the return (second session) and was informed that the other sessions would be in order of arrival!
I arrived on 12.18.2021 at 8:45 am and the girl informed me that my service would take an hour and a half to start, as there were 3 people in front of me!
Yes, and how many professionals do you have?
It has 4 professionals, but it only has one machine!
Absurd!! You pay for a procedure, deluded that you will be attended to punctually, when you arrive at the place, you will spend an hour and a half looking at the time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente decepcionada pois comprei o pacote com procedimentos agendados o que facilita uma vez que trabalho no horário comercial. Agora, quando consigo ir tem uma espera de mais de 1 hora e claro que já tem passado do prazo orientado entre uma sessão e outra, que ao meu ver compromete o resultado. E mesmo após muita gente reclamando continuam com o mesmo processo, ou seja a gente se quiser não ter mais prejuízo que dê um jeito de fazer. Não indicarei mais.
Totally disappointed because I bought the package with scheduled procedures which makes it easier since I work during business hours. Now, when I manage to go, there's a wait of more than 1 hour and of course the deadline between one session and another has passed, which in my view compromises the result. And even after a lot of people complaining, they continue with the same process, that is, if you want to not have more damage that you find a way to do it. I won't recommend any more.
