Perdi tempo e dinheiro.
Até multa por passar do praso pra transferir o veículo eu tomei.
Passei para essa empresa todos os dados, transferência preenchida e autenticada em cartório por ambas às partes,dut eletrônico e os valores de todas as taxas TODAS, inclusive o custo pelo serviço de despachante e mesmo assim depois de 14 meses de enrolação não tive o carro transferido.
Tomei o processo de volta e procurei outro despachante e resoovi o problema numa semana.
Ps; não o fiz com outro antes pq essa empresa me garantiu que ninguém estava conseguimdo fazer as transferências por conta de problemas internos no DETRAN porém era tudo mentira o putro despachante resolveu em uma semana.
Awful.
Wasted time and money.
I even took a fine for passing the time to transfer the vehicle.
I passed all the data to this company, transfer completed and notarized by both parties, electronic duty and the values of all fees ALL, including the cost for the dispatcher service and even then after 14 months of delay I didn't have the car transferred.
I took the process back and looked for another dispatcher and got the problem fixed within a week.
Ps; I didn't do it with another one before because this company assured me that no one was able to make the transfers due to internal problems in the DETRAN but it was all a lie the putro dispatcher solved it in a week.
