★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma cirurgia na mão por causa de um dedo em gatilho, e ficou pior do que antes. Procurei o ortopedista que me operou efoi extremamente grosseiro comigo, gritando comigo, como faz com as assistentes dele. Umas delas chegou a chorar, devido aos gritos e grosseria deste ortopedista. Aí eu tive que lembrá-lo de que ele estava gritando com uma paciente que pagou por uma cirurgia e não com um da casa dele. Fiz reclamação junto ao hospital e até hj nem resposta
Graças a Deus achei um médico de verdade,que voltou minha mão ao normal.
I had surgery on my hand because of a trigger finger, and it got worse than before. I looked for the orthopedist who operated on me and was extremely rude to me, shouting at me, as he does with his assistants. One of them even cried, due to the cries and rudeness of this orthopedist. Then I had to remind him that he was shouting at a patient who paid for surgery and not one at his house. I made a complaint to the hospital and there is no reply.
Thank goodness I found a real doctor, who returned my hand to normal.

Tentei conseguir informacao a respeito de medico ortopedista sem conseguir.
Primeiro a atendente pediu para eu esperar, 25 minutes sem voltar a falar ao fone, ligacao caiu.
Tentei outros numeros e nao consegui pois estao desatualizados,mensagem:esse numero nao existe.
Lamentavel, instituicoes como essa devem manter seus numeros de telefone e website atualizados e informacoes ao telefone devem serem prestados com rapides e claresa.
Espero ser a critical construtiva.

Good Morning,
I tried to get information about an orthopedic doctor without success.
First the operator asked me to wait, 25 minutes without talking on the phone again, the call was disconnected.
I tried other numbers and could not because they are out of date, message: this number does not exist.
Regrettably, institutions like this must keep their phone numbers and website up to date and information on the phone must be provided quickly and clearly.
I hope to be constructive criticism.
