As atendentes atendem o telefone sem se identificar, nem mesmo sabemos se ligamos para o lugar certo. E, para marcar uma consulta por um plano de saúde, elas vão te passando de telefonista para telefonista para ver se há algum encaixe.
No fim das contas, acabei falando com 3 pessoas e no último redirecionamento ninguém me atendeu.
I didn't get to consult there, but I found the phone service very disorganized. The attendants answer the phone without identifying themselves, we don't even know if we called the right place. And, to make an appointment for a health plan, they pass you from operator to operator to see if there is a fit.
In the end, I ended up talking to 3 people and in the last redirection nobody answered me.
