Detalhes uma criança de 14 anos chegamos em um horário acessível já que trabalhamos e horário que temos para buscar um atendimento com excelência. Porém fomos barrados pela recepcionista dizendo que o horário não é 24 horas e sim específico. Mais saindo de lá logo após a frustração verifiquei carros chegando e pessoas entrando? Sinceramente péssimos em informações não detalhada e péssimo na abordagem como se fosse um favor!! Espero que com o erro aprenda lidar com um público que busca saúde e paga diga de passagem e como pai fique muito decepcionado!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho tratou a mão com Dr Wilson no particular, muito bem atencioso, resolveu na hora e mais alguns dias de tratamento, só não dei 5 estrelas, pois quando eu ligo para o tel. Fixo, não atende, aí ligo para o celular e a atendente, não foi muito paciente no atendimento via fone, mas pessoalmente o atendimento é bom
My son treated his hand with Dr Wilson in private, very attentive, he solved it right away and a few more days of treatment, I just didn't give it 5 stars, because when I call tel. Landline, no answer, then I call the cell phone and the attendant was not very patient in the service via phone, but personally the service is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento médico ok mas o atendimento da recepção é ruim, recepcionistas despreparadas, fui 2x e as 2x fui mal atendida, não olham na nossa cara e nem respondem bom dia ou boa tarde. Nem parece que é um serviço pago.
Medical service ok but the reception service is bad, receptionists unprepared, I went 2x and the 2x I was poorly attended, they don't look at us and don't even answer good morning or good afternoon. It doesn't even look like a paid service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista nem olha na cara do paciente quando interrogada. Pedimos a senha do wi-fi para minha pequena e não é liberada. Isso pq não é o SUS e automaticamente pagamos para o estabelecimento ter Wi-fi...
Receptionist doesn't even look the patient in the face when questioned. We ask for the wifi password for my little one and it is not released. That's because it's not SUS and we automatically pay for the establishment to have Wi-fi...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima!!! Procurei o pronto atendimento da clínica no dia 02/03/2022 pois estava com muita dor na coluna e fui atendido pelo Dr. Fernando Henrique X dos Santos. Ao entrar na sala este senhor nem se quer olhou na minha cara, me chamando de "fii" "Oque foi fii"" Oque você fez aí fii". Nem ne examinou, já foi preenchendo o receituário e depois jogou encima da mesa como se estivesse jogando uma carta de baralho.
Awful!!! I looked for the clinic's emergency service on 03/02/2022 because I had a lot of pain in my spine and I was attended by Dr. Fernando Henrique X dos Santos. Upon entering the room this gentleman didn't even look at my face, calling me "fii" "What was it fii"" What did you do there fii". He didn't even look at it, he was already filling in the prescription and then he threw it on the table as if he were playing a playing card.
