★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até a parte da consulta foi tudo ok, mas o ortopedista generalista é extremamente superficial. Seu diagnóstico está pronto antes de qualquer exame ou análise do paciente. Consulta com duração inferior a 2min. Caso vc já tenha um diagnóstico e precise apenas renovar a receita médica, talvez sirva, caso contrário procure outro profissional.
Even the consultation part was ok, but the generalist orthopedist is extremely superficial. Your diagnosis is ready before any examination or analysis of the patient. Consultation lasting less than 2min. If you already have a diagnosis and just need to renew the prescription, maybe it will do, otherwise look for another professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, passei com 2 ortopedista desta clínica não resolveram em nada minhas dores, fiz 2 ressonância constatou o problema na cervical e lombar, porém faz de conta como se eu tivesse com uma simples dor de cabeça, nem examina o paciente, só querem marcar mais consulta pois aí está a fábrica de lucros deles, continuo com o problema e os médicos já lucraram com mais de 10 consultas
Bad experience, I spent with 2 orthopedists at this clinic, they didn't solve my pain at all, 2 MRIs found the problem in the cervical and lumbar region, but pretend as if I had a simple headache, don't even examine the patient, they just want to mark more consultation because there is their profit factory, I still have the problem and the doctors have already profited from more than 10 consultations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma consulta 2 meses antes e quando chegou o dia me avisam em cima da hora que o dr. Jonas não poderia me atender e precisava remarcar para a próxima semana, quando chega o dia da consulta me avisam 40 min antes que eu deveria chegar antes se não ele não conseguiria me atender. Eu disse que não sei se conseguiria e simplesmente desmarcaram pq ele tinha uma cirurgia no MESMO horário da minha consulta marcada ha 2 meses!!!! Que descaso com o paciente! Absurdo.

Jonas could not attend me and needed to reschedule for the next week, when the day of the consultation comes, they tell me 40 min before I should arrive earlier, otherwise he would not be able to attend me. I said I don't know if I could do it and they simply unchecked it because he had surgery at the SAME time of my appointment 2 months ago !!!! What neglect with the patient! Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa torceu o tornozelo e estava sofrendo dores intensas e insuportáveis, nos preocupamos em procurar uma clínica especializada pra tentar resolver o problema. Foi um verdadeiro martírio marcar consulta particular, o ZAP leva dias pra responder, o fone ninguém atende, finalmente ela passou por um especialista em pés, fomos atendidos e ele mandou fazer um ultrassom, após verificar o exame o médico abriu uma gaveta deu um remédio pra injeção e tchau, minha esposa tomou e não fez nenhum efeito. As dores continuam e ela ficou tão desapontada que nem quis voltar pro retorno. Jogamos$500 reais em consulta e exames na lata do lixo.

It was a real martyrdom to make a private appointment, the ZAP takes days to answer, the phone no one answers, finally she went to a foot specialist, we were seen and he had an ultrasound done, after checking the exam the doctor opened a drawer and gave some medicine for injection and bye, my wife took it and it had no effect. The pain continues and she was so disappointed that she didn't even want to go back. We threw $500 reais in consultation and exams in the garbage can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendeu ao telefone, ficaram na chamada institucional, orientação quanto aos procedimentos nas consultas, orientação quanto ao uso de máscaras, depois desligam, isso é tudo que ninguém quer de um serviço de saúde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são ótimos, mas o atendimento é ruim, lento e grosseiro. E aí mora a questão, a comunicação entre o médico e paciente e feito por uma equipe que deixa a desejar.
As próprias funcionárias do local esquecem de avisar ao médico que um exame está pronto, ou até mesmo que a gente, paciente, está aguardando o médico. Isso faz com que você permaneça, inutilmente na espera.
The doctors are great, but the service is bad, slow and rude. And therein lies the issue, the communication between the doctor and the patient and made by a team that leaves something to be desired.
The local employees themselves forget to tell the doctor that an exam is ready, or even that we, the patient, are waiting for the doctor. This makes you remain, uselessly, on hold.
