Procure onde vende as marcas importadas Simmons, Sealy e Serta. Ortobom é de baixa qualidade como o atendente da ortobom do Natal Shopping, só fui lá porque estava procurando cama para quarto de hóspedes, comprei no mesmo baixo padrão pela metade do preço na Laser Eletro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da venda, muito bem atendido. Prazo de entrega uma negação com o prazo informado e pouca vontade de tentar resolver, respostas vagas e sem exatidão. O produto nem tenho como avaliar pois não recebi, espero não ter a mesma decepção.

Um vendedor específico se mostrou bastante interessado em atender, inclusive me abordando na porta da loja. No entanto, tentou me pressionar a comprar alegando que em 1h a promoção acabaria, isso seria 4h antes do horário que a loja fecha. E no meu caso, como achei o valor do produto muito caro mesmo na promoção, e era a primeira loja que tinha entrado para pesquisar o colchão, o vendedor agradeceu praticamente me expulsando da loja. Apesar de saber que sou só uma cifra para o comércio nunca me senti tão menosprezada ao entrar em uma loja.
