★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito com o consumidor! Comprei colchão e box baú KING na loja em fevereiro e ganhei uma capa de colchão, que fora entregue junto com a cama no tamanho CASAL! Solicitei a troca, devolvi pessoalmente na loja a capa no tamanho errado, mas apesar de já ter trocado mensagens e telefonemas com o responsável e inclusive ir a loja a pedido dele pra pegar o produto, perdi viagem! Estamos em julho e ainda não recebi o brinde tão pouco retorno das mensagens que envio.
Lack of respect for the consumer! I bought a KING mattress and box in the store in February and I got a mattress cover, which was delivered with the bed in the COUPLE size! I requested the exchange, I personally returned the cover in the wrong size to the store, but despite having already exchanged messages and phone calls with the person in charge and even going to the store at his request to get the product, I missed the trip! It is July and I still haven't received the toast so little return from the messages I send.

Falta ao menos uns ventiladores na loja, ja que o ar condicionado nao pode ficar ligado, dar o mínimo de condições para o funcionario que TEM que trabalhar de social completo.
Good service.
At least some fans are missing in the store, since the air conditioning cannot stay on, giving the minimum conditions to the employee who HAS to work in full social.

Produto comprado dia 21/11/2020 com entrega para 10/12/2020. ate hoje recebi apenas uma parte do pedido. O vendedor Moises é péssimo!! Nao comprem dessa marca!! Furada total!! Irão se arrepender!!!

The service is only good until you close the order and make the payment. After sales is terrible. After calling numerous times, I received only partial my order. I have a late order and have no news. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais um cliente a reclamar. Tentei inúmeras vezes tentar trocar um travesseiro a qual não me adaptei, liguei no dia seguinte e não fazem troca. Na Altenburg trocariam sem problemas. Travesseiro de mais de 300 reais. Ortobom, nunca mais. Vou avisar todas as pessoas que conheço para não adquirirem nada dessa empresa, e dessa loja.
One more customer to complain. I tried countless times trying to change a pillow that I didn't adapt to, I called the next day and they don't change. At Altenburg they would exchange without any problems. Pillow over 300 reais. Orthobom, never again. I will advise everyone I know not to buy anything from this company, and this store.
