Meu marido comprou uma cama casal box e mais trĂȘs travesseiros carĂssimos, sendo que quem indicou o produto foi o gerente e o vendedor que falou que era o melhor travesseiros da loja na hora da entrega nĂŁo entregaram meus travesseiros. Sendo que a compra foi dia 10/11/2018 e prometeram a entrega atĂ© o dia 30/11/2018 da cama e dos travesseiros e do famigerado brinde. Sendo que na hora da entrega nĂŁo entregaram os travesseiros e nem o brinde. O vendedor ainda foi muito grosso quando liguei querendo uma satisfação. NA hora de vender prometem tudo mas na hora de cumprir sĂŁo outras. CUIDADO NA HORA DA COMPRA ANOTEM TUDO QUE FOREM PROMETIDO.
Terrible. They promise everything when they sell things but don't deliver. My husband bought a double box bed and three very expensive pillows, and the manager and the salesman who said it was the best pillows in the store at the time of delivery did not deliver my pillows. The purchase was on 10/11/2018 and promised delivery until 11/30/2018 of the bed and pillows and the infamous gift. Since the time of delivery did not deliver the pillows or the gift. The seller was still very rude when I called wanting a satisfaction. At the time of selling they promise everything but at the time of fulfillment they are different. CAUTION AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE NOTE EVERYTHING THAT IS PROMISED.
