★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM! NÃO COMPREM! ENTREM NO "RECLAME AQUI"ANTES DE COMPRAR ORTOBOM. Me arrependo de não ter visto antes a nota péssima que vcs tem lá. Comprei o colchão Pró Saúde Extra firme Queem e a base sommier Cori Black no dia 21/08/2020, a entrega demorou 13 dias, recebi os produtos e na hora percebi o defeito (afundamento da espuma em um lado do colchão) o técnico avaliou o defeito e notificou a troca. O prazo absurdo dessa troca foi de 40 DIAS ÚTEIS (2 meses usando o colchão com defeito e a espuma afundamento cada vez mais) e só me entregaram no penúltimo dia após muita insistência, nesse período de uso a base começou a fazer barulho, (detalhe eu peso 53kg e meu marido 64kg). Recebi a troca do colchão no dia 12/11/2020, porém o colchão da troca também estava com defeito (o mesmo defeito do outro, afundamento da espuma). O técnico que veio para a entrega (por sinal um mau profissional e arrogante) não concordou que estava com defeito (justificativa foi que o colchão da casa dele é mole e este estava firme, absurdo um comentário desse).Também pedimos para ele analizar a base do colchão que compramos que estava fazendo barulho (defeito) e ele também não quis registrar como defeito( justificativa dele foi que a base é de madeira e faz barulho mesmo, um absurdo essa colocação dele). No dia anterior a entrega conversei com a gerente Alexandra e ela havia dito que se o colchão da troca viesse com defeito poderia devolver os produtos que seria reembolsada. Devolvi os colchões e a base e posteriormente entrei em contato com a mesma e ela me disse que não faria o reembolso, me ofereceu troca por outro produto, porém não quero outro, quero ser reembolsada. Outra coisa, a loja não meu deu nota fiscal, eu pedi e não me deram. Estou inconformada com o tamanho dessa rede fazendo o cliente passar por esse transtorno. Muito insatisfeita e arrependida.
DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! ENTER THE "COMPLAINT HERE" BEFORE BUYING ORTOBOM. I regret not having seen the bad note you guys have there before. I bought the Pro Saúde Extra firm Queem mattress and the Cori Black sommier base on 08/21/2020, the delivery took 13 days, I received the products and immediately realized the defect (sinking of the foam on one side of the mattress) the technician evaluated the defect and notified the exchange. The absurd deadline for this exchange was 40 WORKING DAYS (2 months using the defective mattress and the foam sinking more and more) and only delivered to me on the penultimate day after much insistence, during this period of use the base started making noise, (detail I weigh 53kg and my husband 64kg). I received the mattress change on 11/12/2020, but the mattress was also defective (the same defect as the other, sinking foam). The technician who came for the delivery (by the way a bad and arrogant professional) did not agree that it was defective (justification was that the mattress in his house is soft and this was firm, absurd a comment like that). We also asked him to analyze the the base of the mattress we bought that was making a noise (defect) and he also didn't want to register it as a defect (his justification was that the base is made of wood and makes a lot of noise, this is absurd to put). The day before the delivery I talked to the manager Alexandra and she had said that if the exchange mattress came defective, she could return the products that would be refunded. I returned the mattresses and the base and later I contacted her and she told me that she would not make the refund, offered me an exchange for another product, but I don't want another one, I want to be refunded. Another thing, the store didn't give me an invoice, I asked and they didn't give me. I am not satisfied with the size of this network making the client go through this disorder. Very dissatisfied and sorry.

A gerente da loja também, que fez um esforço para que o colchão fosse entregue na data solicitada e a empresa de entrega, tudo correu muito bem! Agradeço a atenção da venda e da pós venda e, com certeza, recomendarei a loja!
