Esperei mais de 2 semanas por uma consulta que foi desmarcada e teoricamente remarcada para a outra semana, para só aí então descobrir que não havia sido remarcada. Além disso, a linha está frequentemente ocupada, quando a linha não está ocupada você aguarda demais na espera para eventualmente cair a ligação, e quando você liga perto das 16h (mas ainda não às 16h) o sistema diz que a marcação só acontece até as 16h e desliga.
Pretty bad when it comes to marking. I waited more than 2 weeks for an appointment that was unscheduled and theoretically rescheduled for the next week, only then to discover that it had not been rescheduled. In addition, the line is frequently busy, when the line is not busy you wait too long in the wait to eventually drop the call, and when you call around 4 pm (but not yet 4 pm) the system says that the appointment only happens until 16h and hang up.
