★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao marquem consulta com Dr. MARCOS LOPES, tava mais interessado em passar exames do que saber o que tenho. Quando retornei quase nao olhava em minha cara, mal analisou os exames e disse q tv tudo bem mesmo eu sentindo dores contínuas e pra eu "ser feliz". Ou seja, vou ter q marcar com um medico de verdade agora para saber o que tenho.
 Do not check with Dr. MARCOS LOPES, I was more interested in passing exams than knowing what I have. When I returned I almost did not look in my face, barely analyzed the exams and said that everything is fine even if I felt continuous pain and for me to "be happy". ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato e a forma de tratamento é péssima. Para nós que estamos em uma situação de precisar de medico, ligar e ter uma recepção, mesmo no telefone, de forma ríspida acaba se tornando chato para a empresa. É uma situação em que o dependente (nós pacientes) ficamos indignados e o fornecedor do serviço (clinica) fica com uma imagem mal.
I got in touch and the treatment is terrible. For us who are in a situation of needing a doctor, to call and have a reception, even on the phone, in a harsh way it ends up becoming boring for the company. It is a situation in which the addict (we patients) are indignant and the service provider (clinic) has a bad image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima, cheguei com meu filho no dia 06/02/2019 às 2 horas da manhã com ele sentindo fortes dores na coluna. O atendimento foi para a ortoped no Hospital da Bahia. O médico receitou o médico venoso e não mais verificou como se encontrava o paciente, no termino do plantão foi embora sem verificar também, sobre isso nenhuma suepresa, os atendimentos medicmé de emergência se resumem a isso mesmo, infelizmente. Mas, quando amanheceu o dia, mais ou menos as 6 da manhã, ouço um barulhos de conversa de mulheres na maca ao lado da do meu filho, me aproximei para pedir um pouco se silêncio. O que para a minha surpresa, a maca onde estavam, estava cheia de bijouterias e a auxiliar que prestou o atendimento, a outra que chegou para o seu plantão, e a dona do produto, estavam na maior alegria como se estivessem na loja, escolhendo as peças. Quando falei pedindo silêncio, a auxiliar de plantão, cheia de agressividade, disse que na emergência é isso mesmo, se ele quisesse dormir que fosse pra casa. Infelizmente fui pega de surpresa e nem pensei em filmar aquele comércio. Vou continuar com a minha denuncia por aí, coisas deste tipo sao inadmissíveis de acontecerem e ficarmos de braços cruzados. Já me reportei ao hospital da Bahia, e infelizmente está clínica nao tem ouvidoria.

When I said asking for silence, the assistant on duty, full of aggression, said that in the emergency that's it, if he wanted to go to sleep. Unfortunately I was caught by surprise and did not even think about filming that trade. I'm going to continue my denunciation, things like this are unacceptable and we sit idly by. I have already reported to the hospital in Bahia, and unfortunately this clinic has no ombudsman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já começou errado pela recepção, ambas as recepcionistas debochando de um paciente que passou uma informação equivocada, só havia eu e mais 2 pessoas na recepção, e ainda assim demorou em torno de 1h pra eu ser chamada, lá dentro não tive problemas com o atendimento, porém o médico me deu diagnóstico errado, disse que estava tudo bem e não havia problemas, receitou apenas um remédio para dor, mas como a dor persistia busquei outro profissional, onde constatei que estava com o dedo fraturado.
Definitivamente, não indico!

De primeira quando levei minha mãe, foi bem recebida, e no instante ela recebeu atenção médica... A cirurgia foi feita, mas ela continuou com dor, remarquei depois de um ano e meio para o mesmo médico dela e ele recomendou fazer outra cirurgia, resumindo eu resolvi os documentos para ser feito a cirurgia, dizeram que ia ligar dentro de 15 dias e que se nao ligasse, pra eu retornar 20 de outubro 2021, a recepcionista a tal da Lorena que é assistente do Dr. Paulo mau dava informações e quando eu ligava pra saber o motivo da demora da cirurgia disse que era por conta do plano, sendo que eles manda a informação errada por plano e depois querem culpa o outros, precisou meu pai citar
a justiça , que ia recorrer a pra elaes adiantarem... O doutor é excelente o problema todo é a recepção, mau humoradas, eu espero que depois dessa nunca mais eu volte pq oh clínica viuuu....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim demais. Demora TERRÍVEL, não tem um cafezinho. Sala cheia e mais de 40 minutos pra ser atendido. Criança TRISTE, idosa chorando entrevada (sequer conseguiram uma cadeira de rodas pra senhora ). Na próxima vou no COT da graça, mesmo sendo infinitamente mais longe, recomendo.
Too bad. It takes TERRIBLE, there is no coffee. Full room and more than 40 minutes to be served. SAD child, elderly crying crippled (they didn't even get a wheelchair for the lady). Next time I'll go to the COT dagra, even though it's infinitely farther, I recommend it.
