★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima organização! Entramos em contato e efetuamos o cadastro pelo telefone e ficou acertado de irmos busca a cama hospitalar na parte da tarde. Na hora de irmos buscá-la fomos informados que a mesma já teria sido alugada para outra pessoa, demonstrando um total desrespeito e descaso com o consumidor!
Bad organization! We got in touch and made the registration by phone and it was agreed to go and search for the hospital bed in the afternoon. When we went to get it, we were informed that it would have already been rented to someone else, showing total disrespect and disregard for the consumer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganizado! Não tem um sistema de ligação entre as duas lojas. Você entra em contato com uma loja e a outra não fica sabendo se tem material disponível ou não. Descaso com o cliente que no mínimo deveria ter informações exatas sobre tal assunto. Pegam seus dados para cadastro mas não entram em contato pra falar da disponibilidade de material que na verdade já tinha pré selecionado anteriormente. Absurdo!
Unorganized! There is no connection system between the two stores. You contact one store and the other does not know if material is available or not. Disregard with the client who at least should have accurate information on such subject. They take their data for registration but do not get in touch to talk about the availability of material that in fact I had already pre-selected. Absurd!
