O cara não quis dar uma previsão e em vez de educadamente dizer que estavam com a capacidade esgotada, começou a contar os carros meio irritado e somar as horas como quem diz "não tá vendo que não quero te atender"?
Não volto nunca mais.
Terrible! Tremendous unwillingness to answer. I asked if I could wash the car and said I was in no hurry. The guy didn't want to give a prediction and instead of politely saying that they were running out of capacity, started counting the cars a little annoyed and adding the hours like "can't you see I don't want to answer you"?
I will never be back.
