★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de me deixar quase meia hora esperando (cheguei no horário marcado), o dentista me atendeu em 10 minutos, dos quais uns 2 fazendo a avaliação odontológica e o restante preenchendo os papéis do convênio. Perguntei sobre limpeza, clareamento, e as respostas dele eram "na sua próxima vinda conversamos". Questionei porque não tratar logo do assunto, já que eu estava ali, e ele me disse que a próxima paciente já estava esperando e ele "não podia se atrasar". Ou seja, pode me deixar esperando meia hora, pode me atender mal olhando a minha boca, mas não pode atrasar a próxima consulta... Achei a postura do dentista desrespeitosa e extremamente anti profissional, pois o atraso foi dele, eu estava ali no horário agendado, e a única preocupação dele foi que eu assinasse o formulário do convênio e que falaríamos "na próxima vinda". Não haverá próxima, como deixei bem claro para ele...
