Venho através desta mensagem deixar meu descontentamento com relação aos produtos da marca assim como o atendimento de pós venda da loja Osklen Iguatemi fortaleza ao comprar um bermuda surf wear no valor de 347 reais!!
O fato é que o cadarço da bermuda ficou bem desgastado a ponto de quase romper após a primeira utilização. Fiquei me perguntando onde está a qualidade do produto tão promocionada pela marca?
Para minha surpresa, ao chegar em casa, verifiquei que a mesma é feita na china e pensei novamente comigo mesmo, se trata de verdade de uma marca sustentável?
Verifiquei as condições de troca e reembolso no site e me dei conta que é quase impossível a troca imediata do produto e muito menos o reembolso da mercadoria.
Tenho vários produtos da marca porém vejo que a qualidade em todos os quesitos caiu bastante e me recuso a continuar sendo cliente da empresa.
Gostaria de ter um retorno mais rápido com relação ao pedido de troca 31822 com referência de produto de número 49482 pois comprei essa bermuda no meu período de férias no Brasil e já me restam poucos dias de espera.
Espero que a empresa melhore a qualidade dos produtos ou abaixem o preço das mercadorias ou até mesmo avisem aos consumidores que os produtos tipicamente brasileiros são feitos na china. A imagem de marca criada por vocês atualmente não corresponde ao preço da mercadoria.
Além disso, sugiro que melhorem o serviço de pós venda já que existe uma enorme adulação ao entrar na loja para realizar a compra, a mesma "atenção" também deveria ser dedicada quando ocorre algum tipo de problema.

I come through this message to leave my discontent with the brand products as well as the after sales service of the Osklen Iguatemi Fortaleza store when buying a surf wear shorts worth 347 reais !!
The fact is that the shorts of the shorts were well worn to the point of almost breaking after the first use. I was wondering where is the quality of the product so promoted by the brand?
To my surprise, when I got home, I noticed that it is made in China and I thought to myself again, is it really a sustainable brand?
I checked the exchange and refund conditions on the website and realized that the immediate exchange of the product is almost impossible, much less the refund of the goods.
I have several branded products but I see that the quality in all aspects has dropped a lot and I refuse to continue being a customer of the company.
I would like to have a quicker return regarding the exchange order 31822 with product reference number 49482 because I bought this shorts during my vacation in Brazil and I have a few days left to wait.
I hope the company improves the quality of the products or lowers the price of the goods or even warns consumers that the typical Brazilian products are made in China. The brand image created by you currently does not correspond to the price of the merchandise.
In addition, I suggest that you improve the after-sales service as there is a huge adulation when entering the store to make the purchase, the same "attention" should also be paid when there is a problem.
