★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente mal educado, chegou até sugerir a desmarcação da consulta quando perguntado sobre como funcionava pra ser atendido, tendo em vista a demora. Atendente ainda por cima, em plena pandemia, não utilizava a máscara de proteção facial, atentando contra a saúde pública.
 Rude attendant, he even suggested that the appointment be canceled when asked about how it worked to be attended, in view of the delay. On top of that, in the middle of a pandemic, he did not wear a face protection mask, which threatened public health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista o tempo todo no telefone, não utiliza máscara em plena pandemia. Também não sei pra que marcar consulta num determinado horário, se chamam por ordem de chagada. Clínica cheio de descaso com os pacientes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que a Pandemia começou, muitas coisas mudaram, muita gente se foi. Clínicas fecharam, pessoas perderam o emprego e equipes foram reduzidas por uma série de questões. Alguns corajosos e solitários ficaram e mesmo sozinhos e sobrecarregados de trabalho continuaram atendendo uma multidão, pois a demanda por atendimento médico continuou. Eles têm se exposto e se arriscado todos os dias por nós. Alguns acumularam realmente muitas tarefas, estamos em um "tempo" difícil, sim. Mas devido a esse tipo de postura responsável e , de novo, muito corajosa, Instituições como a ossoMED continuaram. Obrigado Sr. Marcelo, Dr. Marco e Dra. Kívia por estarem prontos e continuarem nessa missão. Parabéns especialmente ao "Recepcionista", pois muita gente não entende que o pessoal de apoio e administrativo também é responsável pelo funcionamento da "máquina".
Since the Pandemic started, a lot of things have changed, a lot of people are gone. Clinics have closed, people have lost their jobs, and staff have been reduced by a range of issues. Some brave and lonely were left and even alone and overworked continued to attend a crowd as the demand for medical care continued. They've exposed themselves and taken risks every day for us. Some have really accumulated a lot of tasks, we are in a difficult "time", yes. But due to this kind of responsible posture and, again, very courageous, institutions like ossoMED continued. Thank you Mr. Marcelo, Dr. Marco and Dr. Kívia for being ready and continuing on this mission. Congratulations especially to the "Receptionist", as many people do not understand that the support and administrative staff are also responsible for the functioning of the "machine".
