★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mto bom atendimento por todos os envolvidos em todas as vezes que fui lá. Resultado dos exames de sangue que já fiz lá saem ultra rápidos e on line. Mas vc pode buscar tb. Tem lanchinho após a coleta de sangue. Um senão foi que recentemente precisei fazer um exame de raio X e lá n faz. Somente atravessei a rua e fiz na concorrência, que fica em frente. Ambos cobertos pelo plano.
 Very good service by everyone involved every time I went there. Results of the blood tests I've done there are ultra fast and online. But you can get it too. Have a snack after blood collection. One drawback was that I recently needed to take an X-ray and there n does. I just crossed the street and did it at the competition, which is opposite. Both covered by the plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, fui atendido lá duas vezes esta foi minha terceira vez , sobre atendimento não tenho o que reclamar, aliás da REDE DASA eles são super padrões e isso é inquestionável.
Só que minha última experiência não foi legal,
Estive na unidade na quinta feira dia 3 e mostrei meu pedido médico para a recepcionista para saber se fazia este exame lá e tinha algum preparo.
Ela pegou olhou e me passou um preparo um pouco chato além das 8 horas de jejum, era o exame de SEROTONINA que tem algumas restrições de alimento.
Ao chegar na unidade hoje 09/10 , descubro que não poderia realizar o exame pois não aceitavam aquele carimbo... Então todo o jejum de 48 horas que fiz não valeu de nada.
Sei que errar é humano mas as recepcionistas poderiam ter mais atenção ao olhar o pedido, se ela tivesse me avisado daria tempo de retornar ao médico e solicitar um pedido correto.
Como fiquei chateado dou apenas 2 estrelas ??.
Guys, I was attended there twice this was my third time, about care I have nothing to complain about, in fact NETA DASA are super standards and this is unquestionable.
But my last experience wasn't cool,
I was in the unit on Thursday the 3rd and showed my medical request to the receptionist to know if I was having this exam there and had any preparation.
She took a look and passed me a little boring preparation beyond 8 hours of fasting, it was the SEROTONIN exam that has some food restrictions.
Arriving at the unit today 09/09, I find that I could not perform the exam because they did not accept that stamp ... So all the 48 hours fast I did was worth nothing.
I know that making a mistake is human, but the receptionists might be more attentive when looking at the order, if she had warned me she would have time to return to the doctor and request a correct order.
As I was upset I only give 2 stars ??.

Very long service and the clinic is empty!
I don't come anymore, God forbid 1 hour just to do the file with the clinic empty, imagine if it was full... I'm out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bom e o atendimento tbm. O problema é que não tem estacionamento próprio e a rua é estreita demais, pois os carros estacionam justamente na rua que é loteada por francesinhas. Existem tbm estacionamentos particulares, mas uma empresa tão grande como o Sérgio Franco deveria oferecer estacionamento próprio, ou quem sabe, um vale desconto para os clientes parâmetro o estacionamento.
The place is good and the service as well. The problem is that it doesn't have its own parking lot and the street is too narrow, as cars park right on the street that is crowded by francesinhas. There are also private parking lots, but a company as big as Sérgio Franco should offer its own parking lot, or who knows, a discount voucher for customers for parking.
