Preços justos.
Vendedores que entendem do material que trabalham, auxiliam na decisão, aconselham melhor modelo conforme rosto.
Mas o que me deixou apaixonada mesmo foi a honestidade no preço.
Vc orça em várias óticas o mesmo modelo + lente e a diferença chega a ser o DOBRO.
Otica diniz é uma delas. Começam com o triplo do preço. E aí "vão" negociando.

You budget in several optics the same model + lens and the difference gets to be DOUBLE.
Otica diniz is one of them. They start at triple the price. And then they "go" negotiating.

Houve um problema com as lentes novas do meu esposo e o atendimento pós venda foi comprometido e houve prontidão de vontade para acionar o fabricante, esclarecer e solucionar o incômodo dos óculos novos. Durante o processo, meu esposo recebeu um óculos com mesmo grau necessário, para que ele não se prejudicasse em uma prova de Concurso Público. Ou seja, fomos tratados com cumplicidade de cliente e fornecedor de forma ética e respeitosa. Parabéns a Neide (muitíssimo atenciosa) e meus elogios a funcionária Silvana, que me atendeu em oportunidade anterior.
São muitas óticas e há riscos quanto à qualidade das lentes oferecidas, que custam muito por sinal e o que se recebe depois. Confio na Citizen. A prática e a ação se encontram.
I've been changing my glasses at Citizen for years. There was a problem with my husband's new lenses and after-sales service was compromised and there was a willingness to call the manufacturer, clarify and solve the inconvenience of new glasses. During the process, my husband received glasses with the same necessary degree, so that he would not be harmed in a Public Tender. In other words, we were treated with complicity by customers and suppliers in an ethical and respectful manner. Congratulations to Neide (very attentive) and my compliments to the employee Silvana, who attended me at a previous opportunity.
There are many optics and there are risks regarding the quality of the lenses offered, which cost a lot by the way and what you receive afterwards. I trust Citizen. Practice and action meet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro nessa loja a anos .Mas essa semana ocorreu um problema que eu fiquei sem acreditar no que escutei . A um mês fui na loja troquei 4 lentes apenas uma lente era bifocal as outras 3 lentes simples comprei essas 3 por 90 cada uma .Aí indiquei pra minha mãe ir la na loja comprar as mesmas lentes que custaram 90,00 ....Mas Chegando lá a vendedora falo que mimha mae que a meta custava 450,00 reais oie como assim ..Aí minha mãe falo que não queria que estava muito caro então Ela baixou pra 250,00 nisso minha mãe questionou a vendedora falando que a filha tinha pago 90,00 .falou obrigada e foi embora ..aiii quando ela ia saindo da loja a vendedora chamou ela e vendeu a lente por 90,00 gente que absurdo tentar enganar as pessoas assim minha mãe ainda questionou imagine o quantas pessoas eles não fazem isso então tomem cuidado
I've been buying at this store for years. But this week there was a problem that I couldn't believe what I heard. A month ago I went to the store I changed 4 lenses only one lens was bifocal the other 3 simple lenses I bought these 3 for 90 each. Then I told my mother to go to the store to buy the same lenses that cost 90.00 .... But When I got there, the saleswoman said that my mother said that the goal cost 450.00 reais oie as well .. Then my mother said that she didn't want it to be too expensive, so she went down to 250.00 on that. My mother questioned the saleswoman saying that her daughter had I paid 90.00. I said thank you and left .. so when she was leaving the store the saleswoman called her and sold the lens for 90.00 people that absurd to try to deceive people like that my mother still questioned imagine how many people they don't this so be careful
