Eu comprei um óculos na ótica evolution na Estr. do, 4805 - loja 13 - Campo Limpo, São Paulo - SP, 05787-000 negociei com a Carla Fabieene a proprietária da ótica,Isso foi no dia 30/10/2018 e comprei um óculos de fabricação própria com flipe de óculos escuro q se adapta por cima,pagamento a vista no cartão,minha sorte foi o pagamento ter sido no cartão pq depois de um mês o óculos veio a quebrar e eu pedi a garantia,a senhora Carla disse q teria q mandar fazer outro óculos e quando estivesse pronto ela me ligaria,então eu disse q não poderia ficar sem o óculos pois meu grau é muito alto não enxergo nada sem ele,então ela me arrumou um provisório usado adaptou as lentes do meu Óculos quebrado e disse para eu aguardar pois ela me ligaria para buscar a armação que eu comprei!!!!
O problema é que se passaram 9 meses e nada de retorno da Senhora Carla Fabieene,então fui atrás dela para saber do meu Óculos,estava apenas uma funcionária dela no local dizendo que ela estava em horário de almoço e não tinha previsão para retorno,ela pediu para deixar o número de telefone que ela entraria em contato!!!
Eu disse q o problema é que eu estava a 9 meses esperando ela entrar em contato comigo,mas mesmo assim deixei meu número!!!
Quando foi na outra semana estava passando em frente a ótica e ela estava lá,perguntei do óculos e ela disse q estava fazendo,eu perguntei quanto tempo mais eu teria que esperar para ficar pronto o óculos porque eu já estava a 9 meses esperando,ela disse não ter previsão,eu pedi então que ela me reavesse o valor do óculos que eu compraria outro em outro lugar,pois ela disse que não me pagaria e que eu procura-se meus direitos no Procon pois já tinha passado quase um ano e não tinha mais direito nenhum,então eu pedi a nota fiscal pois ela não tinha me fornecido ela disse q não ter nota fiscal e também não tinha o exemplar do código de defesa do consumidor atualizado!!!
O pior de tudo foi que ela mandou eu sair da loja dela pois estava atrapalhando a imagem do comércio dela,então eu disse que não sairia enquanto ela não me emitir uma nota fiscal,então ela chamou um segurança da região pelo telefone e ligou para a polícia alegando que eu ameacei ele de agressão de destruir a ótica dela!!!
Isso é calúnia e difamação além de sonegação de impostos estou por meio desta carta deixando o ocorrido para os órgãos legais!!!

I bought a goggles in the optics evolution in Estr. I negotiated with Carla Fabieene the owner of the optics, That was on 10/30/2018 and I bought a self-made glasses with dark glasses flip q fits over, payment in sight on the card, my luck was the payment was on the card because after a month the glasses came to break and I asked for the guarantee, Mrs. Carla said she would have to have another glasses and when she'd call me then I said I could not be without the glasses because my degree is very high I can not see anything without him, so she fixed me a used temporary Adapted the lenses of my broken glasses and told me to wait because she would call me to get the frame I bought !!!!
The problem is that 9 months have gone by and nothing has come back from Mrs. Carla Fabieene, so I went after her to find out about my glasses, there was only one clerk at the scene telling her that she was at lunchtime and had no intention of returning, she asked to leave the phone number she would contact !!!
I said the problem is that I was 9 months waiting for her to contact me, but I still left my number !!!
When it was the other week I was passing the optics and she was there, I asked her about the glasses and she said she was doing, I asked how much longer I would have to wait to get my glasses ready because I was already 9 months waiting, she I did not anticipate it, I asked her to re-buy the value of the glasses I would buy elsewhere, because she said she would not pay me and that I was looking for my rights in Procon because it had been almost a year and I had not had no more right then I asked for the invoice because she had not provided me she said she did not have an invoice and also did not have the copy of the consumer protection code updated !!!
Worst of all was that she told me to leave her shop because she was disturbing the image of her trade, so I said I would not leave until she issued me an invoice, so she called a local security by phone and called police claiming that I threatened him with aggression to destroy her optics !!!
This is slander and defamation besides tax evasion I am by means of this letter leaving the happened to the legal organs !!!
