★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja da óticas Carol do shopping Morumbi ,e tive um atendimento fantástico.o preços e ótimo e produtos também o bacana tem muitas variedades de lentes e armação que fica até difícil de escolher diversas formas de pagamento aceita cartão de crédito e débito.

Pedi para fazer oeu oculos ha duas semanas e ainda nao me entregaram! Muita falta de compromisso ao consumidor, continuaram arranjando desculpas do pq ainda n estava pronto! Nunca mais faco nenhum tipo de servico nesse estabeliestabel horrivel! Uma vergonha!!!!!

I asked to do my glasses two weeks ago and they still have not delivered me! Lack of commitment to the consumer, continued to make excuses of the pq was not yet ready! I never have any kind of service in this horrible situation! A shame !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento pos venda! Ninguem entra em contato pra avisar q o oculos ficou pronto. Precisei ligar 3x pra descobrir pois nao atendiam telefone ou a linha caia e ninguem retornava. Tbm encomendei lentes do oculos rayban e apos diversas tentativas minhas de contato atraves do telefone , nao consegui descobrir se chegaram...ligacao caiu e ninguem retornou! Sorte que ainda nao estava pago! PROCUREM OUTRA LOJA!NAO RECOMENDO
Pessimo after sales service! No one comes in to let you know the glasses are ready. I needed to call 3x to find out because they did not answer the phone or the line dropped and nobody came back. I also ordered contact lenses from the rayban glasses and after several attempts of my contact through the telephone, I could not find out if they arrived ... call fell and no one returned! Luck that it was not paid yet! LOOKING FOR ANOTHER STORE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
