★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já sou cliente a algum tempo lá mas não é a primeira vez que saio de lá completamente insatisfeita a primeira vez foi quando a pessoa que me atendeu quebrou a minha armaçao e não recebi na em troca.
E a segunda vez foi hoje que chegamos no local por volta da 13:10 da tarde e só saímos de lá 15:40 e fui atendida por uma funcionária chamada Tata aparentemente muito atenciosa, porém queria atender muitos cliente de uma só vez, fui levar minha sobrinha para fazer o exame com a clinica parceira deles porém mesmo sendo contra a lei eles ficam com o documento até voltamos do exame na clínica, ela voltou da clinica fechamos os óculos e ficamos esperando eles ficarem prontos o do meu mario ficou completamente mau feito então esperamos que eles arrumassem.
Aí veio a outra questão eles simplesmente sumiram com o RG da minha sobrinha, entregaram para outra pessoa graças a Deus a pessoa voltou e devolveu por que se não aparecese só iria sair de lá com a policia.
E o mais engraçado é que a moça essa Tata que nos atendeu deixou bem claro que eles estavam sofrendo uma auditoria na loja e que eles não podem
ficar com os documentos dos clientes mais que mesmo assim pegam e nos como cliente confiamos.
Nunca mais volto lá nem indico ninguém a ir lá pois só vai passar raiva.
I've been a customer there for some time but it's not the first time I've left there completely dissatisfied, the first time was when the person who answered me broke my frame and I didn't receive it in return.
And the second time was today that we arrived at the place around 1:10 pm and we only left there at 3:40 pm and I was attended by an employee named Tata, apparently very attentive, but I wanted to serve many customers at once, I went to take my niece to take the exam with their partner clinic but even though it's against the law they keep the document until we got back from the exam at the clinic, she came back from the clinic we closed the glasses and waited for them to be ready my mario's was completely bad done so we hope they fix it.
Then came the other issue they just disappeared with my niece's ID, they gave it to someone else thank God the person came back and returned it because if he didn't show up he would only leave there with the police.
And the funniest thing is that the girl, this Tata who attended us, made it very clear that they were undergoing an audit in the store and that they cannot
keep customer documents more than they still take it and we as a customer trust us.
I will never go back there nor recommend anyone to go there because it will only make you angry.
