★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível a abordagem dos funcionários na frente da loja ,a calçada já e estreita, fica vários funcionários em frente da loja atrapalhando a passagem dos pedestre passar,o absurdo e que eles são totalmente sem educação,ficam com uma sacolinha na mão,querem a qualquer custo vc pegar a sacola pra entra pra loja , muito constrangedor passar em frente está loja ,o administrador tem que tomar uma providência referente a isso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar para se comprar algo tão necessário. A abordagem é agressiva, som alto , não dá nem pra ouvir os atendentes direito. As armações são extremamente frágeis e caras, tanto quanto as lentes. De.orou uma semana pro óculos ficar pronto e quando eu fui buscar... pasmem! Não encontraram. Numa segunda tentativa, consegui! Quando o negócio já está fechado, o atendimento muda. PÉSSIMO, NAO RECOMENDO
Worst place to buy something much needed. The approach is aggressive, the sound is loud, you can't even hear the attendants properly. Frames are extremely fragile and expensive, as are lenses. It took a week for the glasses to be ready and when I went to get them... amazing! They didn't. On a second try, I got it! When the deal is already closed, the service changes. TERRIBLE, DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui abordada na frente dessa ótica uma abordagem insistente por educação parei, falei que não precisava de óculos, mas pediram pra eu participar de um sorteio onde eu escolheria um número e por incrível que parece o número que escolhi eu ganharia um copo e um exame de vista gratuito até aí ok, pediram meu documento e fui levada em outro local para o exame, depois que percebi que não devolveram meu RG, fiz o exame e realmente não precisava de óculos como já havia falado, voltei para buscar meu RG e uma vendedora já veio me atender querendo de qualquer forma que eu fizesse uma armação falei umas 10 vezes não preciso usar óculos mais a bendita não entendia e continuava... Enfim demoraram pra achar com quem estava com meu RG e além disso saí de lá e nada do prêmio que eu havia ganhado, não estou nem aí era só um copo, mas minha indignação é o tempo que fazerem as pessoas perderem e a falta de respeito com o cliente isso não se faz. Nunca indicaria essa ótica a ninguém.
Today I was approached in front of this optician an insistent approach out of politeness I stopped, I said I didn't need glasses, but they asked me to participate in a draw where I would choose a number and as incredible as it seems the number I chose I would win a cup and an exam free view until then ok, they asked for my document and I was taken to another place for the exam, after I realized that my ID was not returned, I took the exam and really didn't need glasses as I had already said, I went back to get my ID and a saleswoman already came to meet me wanting me to make a frame anyway I said about 10 times I don't need to wear glasses but the blessed one didn't understand and continued... of the prize I had won, I don't care, it was just a glass, but my indignation is the time they make people lose and the lack of respect for the customer doesn't do that. I would never recommend this view to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu oculos dia 18/ 04 falaram que ia ta pronto dia 20 deixei pra ir la dia 22 pois cheguei la o oculos nao tava pronto falaram que ia ta prondo na segunda dia 25 a moça disse que mim ligara mais n ligou hj ja e 26 e ate agora nada de oculos e nem mais nenhuma resposta eu estou precisando muito do meu oculos estou sentindo muitas dores n vou na loja pois n sei se o oculos esta pronto e n tenho mais dinheiro pra por condução

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior armação de Óculos que eu já tive em toda a minha VIDA. Fui para o Brasil em viagem. Resolvi comprar meu óculos. Especificamente na Zona Sul de São Paulo, Grajaú aonde fica localizado está franquia. Atendentes recebem por comissão então são sempre muito simpáticas. Ao todo 1.000 reais a armação do óculos. Comprei ! Viajei em 1 semana quebrou uma perna,levei pra arrumar. Depois caiu a LENTE do óculos 2 vezes e tive que pagar para arrumar. E por fim quando eu estava apenas limpando ele se partiu ao MEIO ! Imprecionante como vocês são totalmente mentirosos sobre a qualidade do produto ! Tive que mandar refazer várias vezes até decidir trocar a armadura por inteira porque a de vocês não presta !!!! Eu poderia processar vocês por calúnia e mentira e por danos morais e será o que irei fazer . Vocês prometeram algo e entregaram NADA ! Nunca compre nada neste lugar !!!!!
The worst eyeglasses frame I've ever had in my entire LIFE. I went to Brazil on a trip. I decided to buy my glasses. Specifically in the South Zone of São Paulo, where Grajaú is located there is a franchise. Attendants are paid on commission so they are always very friendly. A total of 1,000 reais the frame of the glasses. I bought ! I traveled in 1 week and broke a leg, I took it to be fixed. Then the LENS of the glasses fell off 2 times and I had to pay to fix it. And finally when I was just cleaning it broke in half! Amazing how you are totally liars about the quality of the product! I had to have it redone several times until I decided to change the entire armor because yours sucks!!!! I could sue you for slander and lying and for moral damages and I will. You promised something and delivered NOTHING! Never buy anything from this place!!!!!
