Levei um óculos para que fosse realizada a troca das lentes, em aproximadamente dois meses uma das lentes começou a trincar.
Retornei a ótica para solicitar o reparo, uma vez que ainda estavam cobertas pela garantia legal.
O responsável simplesmente se irritou quando disse que não havia gostado do laboratório, pois além de não terem trocado as paletas antigas a lente já estava apresentando problemas, o mesmo disse que não iria fazer o reparo.
Apos uma breve discussão e ameaça de PROCON ele resolveu que iria trocar a lente, porém quando me entregou havia forçado tanto o parafuso que segura as paletas que ele simplesmente trincou a porca e quebrou o braço que segura a paleta.
Para evitar maiores transtornos, já que houve discussão, meu marido optou por me dar outro óculos feito em uma ótica competente, pois os 39 anos de profissão que esse ai diz ter não serviu para aprender trabalhar direito.
Não recomendo pra ninguém, sugiro a Menezes pois lá eles trocam a lente, as paletas, te dão caixinha com flanela e ainda te devolvem as lentes antigas.
Como já dizia meu sábio pai, quem procura preço não encontra qualidade eu tive de jogar dinheiro no lixo com essa ótica para aprender.

I returned to the optician to request the repair, since they were still covered by the legal guarantee.
The official simply got angry when he said that he did not like the laboratory, because in addition to not having changed the old palettes, the lens was already showing problems, he said he would not do the repair.
After a brief discussion and threat from PROCON he decided that he would change the lens, but when he handed it to me he had forced the screw that holds the pallets so hard that he simply cracked the nut and broke the arm that holds the pallet.
To avoid further inconvenience, since there was an argument, my husband opted to give me another glasses made in a competent perspective, because the 39 years of profession that he says he did not serve to learn to work properly.
I don't recommend it to anyone, I suggest to Menezes because there they change the lens, the palettes, give you a box with flannel and still return the old lenses.
As my wise father used to say, anyone looking for price does not find quality I had to throw money in the trash with this lens to learn.
