★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento não foi objetivo, visto que se tratava de duas pessoas idosas. Existe uma propaganda porta a porta, depois marcam de levar para uma escola pra fazer o atendimento. Cobram um adiantamento e com menos de 10 dias já foram pegar a primeira parcela do pagamento. Pediram um valor para fazer as lentas fotocromaticas o valor foi pago e quando o óculos chegou a lente estava normal, transparente. Na ótica falaram que não podiam fazer nada, pois não foi escrito no contrato. A pergunta é:se foi falado no atendimento o valor com lente escura, se alguém não registrou corretamente, mas foi pago o valor pedido para lente escura, não havia nada mesmo a fazer? Onde está a responsabilidade da ótica? Onde está o bom atendimento e o respeito ao consumidor? Cuidado quando forem participar desse tipo de atendimento e vejam antes com que profissionais estão falando. Cuidado!
