I had scheduled an eye exam and when I got there I was told that the doctor was not there. Nobody warned me that he wouldn't be, they could have called. I missed 40 minutes of my lunch break. I'm angry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efetuei uma compra de óculos com grau com tratamento anti reflexo, lentes de espessura fina e tratamento fotocromática. Em menos de 1 ano as lentes começaram a descascar e ficaram manchadas. Levei o óculos de volta, pois estavam na garantia. Quando peguei o óculos de volta notei que a qualidade do tratamento fotocromático estava muito abaixo do que estava na primeira vez... O vendedor me disse que após 15 dias as lentes ficariam mais escuras e que iria contatar o laboratório para verificar com mais detalhes se havia algo errado... Após quase 2 meses as lentes continuam do mesmo jeito. Quando liguei na ótica fui informado pelo mesmo vendedor que ele nem havia ligado no laboratório e em seguida disse que verificaria com a dona da ótica se ela havia verificado com o laboratório. Já se passaram 2 semanas e não obtive nenhuma satisfação da ótica. Paguei quase R$900,00 pelo óculos e não obtive um produto com as características que haviam prometido... Isso é péssimo!!!
I made a purchase of glasses with anti-reflective treatment, thin lenses and photochromic treatment. In less than 1 year the lenses started to peel and became stained. I took the glasses back, as they were under warranty. When I took the glasses back I noticed that the quality of the photochromic treatment was much lower than it was the first time ... The seller told me that after 15 days the lenses would be darker and that he would contact the laboratory to check in more detail if there was something wrong ... After almost 2 months the lenses are still the same. When I called at the optician I was informed by the same salesman that he had not even called at the laboratory and then said that I would check with the owner of the optician if she had checked with the laboratory. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't gotten any satisfaction from the optics. I paid almost R $ 900.00 for the glasses and did not get a product with the features they had promised ... That sucks !!!
