O pagamento foi efetuado através de maquineta de cartão e o valor caiu na conta desta Ótica Oliveira (mesmo o produto não estando entre o CNAE da empresa). O cancelamento da compra foi solicitado, bem como restituição do valor. Falei diretamente com o dono da Ótica, o mesmo se negou a cancelar e devolver o dinheiro, alegando que o vendedor restituiria minha mãe (não existe isso em lugar nenhum). Só conseguimos cancelar a compra junto ao Cartão de Crédito após mais de 30 dias e vários protocolos abertos. Não recomendo esta empresa.
My mother purchased a mattress from a door-to-door salesperson. Payment was made using a card dummy and the amount fell into the account of this Ótica Oliveira (even though the product is not among the company's CNAE). The cancellation of the purchase was requested, as well as a refund of the amount. I spoke directly with the owner of the Optician, he refused to cancel and return the money, claiming that the seller would refund my mother (there is no such thing anywhere). We were only able to cancel the purchase with the Credit Card after more than 30 days and several open protocols. I do not recommend this company.
