★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Fiz uma compra de mais de R$ 6.000,00 e estou sendo feita de idiota. Me informaram no ato da compra que a entrega seria realizada em até 30 dias uteis porém, fazem mais de 40 e não tenho uma resposta coerente da empresa. Uma hora dizem que alguns móveis já estão lá, outra hora não sabem quando chegam. Inclusive o vendedor Eder, o qual fiz minha compra, não sabe informar nada! Sempre que questiono algo, ele simplesmente diz que não sabe. Tenho tentado resolver, inclusive solicitando meu dinheiro de volta, até porque estou tendo outros gastos, pagando aluguel, condomínio, energia do ap que aluguei e não me mudei justamente porque os moveis não chegaram... enfim, a proprietária da loja Priscila e sua mãe estão cientes, e não me procuram para resolver meu problema. Como falei a cima, solicitei meu dinheiro de volta e mãe da Priscila não aceitou minha proposta, me informando que preciso ter paciência, e que o problema/culpa não era dela. Daí eu questiono: então o problema e a culpa seriam minhas? Nunca mais voltarei a fazer negocio com essa empresa, e no que depender de mim, várias outras pessoas não irão passar pelo o que estou passando, por que irei contar o ocorrido onde quer que eu vá!

As I said above, I asked for my money back and Priscila's mother did not accept my proposal, informing me that I need to be patient, and that the problem / fault was not hers. So I ask: then would the problem and the fault be mine? I will never again do business with this company, and as far as I am concerned, several other people will not go through what I am going through, because I will tell what happened wherever I go!
