★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje infelizmente eu volto aqui pra deixar minha insatisfação, foi a 3ª e última vez que faço meus óculos nessa loja, não posso reclamar do atendimento até alguns meses atrás, fui muito bem atendida, não sei o que houve de uns tempos pra cá, fiz meu último óculos, estava tudo bem, até que quebrou a haste, voltei na loja, e a pessoa que me atendeu (acho que a dona) me fez algumas perguntas e de toda a maneira quis dizer que foi erro de uso meu, blza (já não curti ai, pq sempre uso uso o mesmo jeito que usei todos) foi feita a troca, porém horrível (mudou a cor, disse que não tinha igual)....paguei por isso, e pra minha surpresa, de novo deu problema nas hastes (simmm...nas duas agora)...lá vou pagar pra arrumar de novo!!.....mas não volto pra arrumar nessa loja, nem pra fazer outro qdo precisar....lamentável!
Today unfortunately I come back here to leave my dissatisfaction, it was the 3rd and last time I make my glasses in this store, I can't complain about the service until a few months ago, I was very well attended, I don't know what happened a while ago, I did my last glasses, everything was fine, until the stem broke, I went back to the store, and the person who attended me (I think the owner) asked me some questions and anyway I wanted to say that it was my mistake, blza ( I didn't like it anymore, because I always use it, I use it the same way I used them all) the exchange was made, but it was horrible (the color changed, I said it didn't have the same).... I paid for it, and to my surprise, it was again problem with the rods (yes...both now)...I'll pay to fix it again!!.....but I won't go back to fix it at this store, or to make another one when needed....unfortunate!
