I always make my glasses here at the glasses outlet. Great quality and service from the girls. Fran who attended to me when I went to do it, super attentive and helpful and when I went to pick up the girls Andreza and Laís who served us super well, attentive and helpful too. É direito do consumidor ser ressarcido quando o produto tem avaria. Entrei no PROCON e estou aguardando. Péssimo atendimento ao consumidor. Um desrespeito.
I bought a pair of glasses that were defective. After two repair attempts, they recognized the poor quality of the glasses. I asked for my money back and the store denied it. It is the consumer's right to be reimbursed when the product has a breakdown. I joined PROCON and I'm waiting. Terrible customer service. A disrespect.
