I would like to record my immense satisfaction with the excellent work done by Ótica Real. In addition to incredible prices and promotions, pre and after sales service is UNIQUE. I needed Optical Real support three times after purchase (within the 1 year warranty period), and at all times I was promptly serviced at no additional cost. Each time I was greeted with sympathy, attention and care by all staff, whom I thank in the name of collaborator Bruna, always willing and helpful to serve customers in the best way possible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso óculos há 10 anos e pela primeira vez, minhas lentes anti reflexo foram feitas nessa ótica, fui muito bem atendida, o ambiente é bem agradável, tive uma experiência ruim com as lentes, onde após seis meses o anti reflexo descascou, nunca tinha acontecido isso antes. Na ótica me disseram que foi mau uso, e que eu não poderia cozinhar com os óculos e que mudança de clima tb causaria isso, não concordei muito porque sempre usei óculos e isso nunca aconteceu. Eles trocaram a lente sem custo nenhum e depois de seis meses estou com minha lente toda craquelada novamente dificultando o trabalho que é feito na frente do computador, mas dessa vez farei minhas lentes na ótica de antes. Minha insatisfação foi exclusivamente com o produto.
I have been wearing glasses for 10 years and for the first time, my anti-reflective lenses were made in this light, I was very well attended, the environment is very pleasant, I had a bad experience with the lenses, where after six months the anti-reflective peeled, it had never happened this before. At the optics I was told that it was misuse, and that I could not cook with the glasses and that a change of climate would also cause this, I did not agree much because I always used glasses and it never happened. They changed the lens at no cost and after six months I have my lens all cracked again making it difficult to do the work that is done in front of the computer, but this time I will make my lenses in the optics of before. My dissatisfaction was exclusively with the product.
