Quando ela decidiu ir comprar os dela me pediu para acompanhá - la e ajudá_ la a escolher a armação. Na realidade toda a equipe e outra cliente que lá estava, deram sugestões e opiniões a cada opção. Foi uma experiência muito agradável com envolvimento de todos . Daí que quando eu precisei e comecei a pesquisar pelos meus arredores( Flamengo) , ela me lembrou da experiência que tivemos na Ótica Roxy e lá fui eu ! Vivenciei tudo de novo e deu muito certo! Agradeço o ótimo atendimento!
I looked for the optician to update the degree of my lenses on the recommendation of my daughter! When she decided to go buy hers, she asked me to accompany her and help her choose the frame. In fact, the entire team and another customer who was there, gave suggestions and opinions on each option. It was a very pleasant experience with everyone involved. So when I needed it and started researching my surroundings (Flamengo), she reminded me of the experience we had at Óptica Roxy and off I went! I tried it all over again and it turned out great! Enviei uma foto minha pedindo informação sobre o tipo de óculos sem plaquetas, pois tenho naris pequeno. Imediatamente fui direcionada para Sra. M arcia, proprietária da loja que me ligou já, trocando idéia e já veio com o oculos feito para mim,pois sempre tive dificuldade devido pegar nas minhas bochecas. Estou muito feliz, pois selecionou um lindo maravilhoso que coube perfeito para mim. Estou sentindo poderosa e mais b bonita qdo uso e só recebo elogios.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Unparalleled professionalism. I got to know it through the website and found the pieces to be wonderful, modern, funky and up to date. I sent a photo of myself asking for information about the type of glasses without platelets, as I have a small nose. I was immediately directed to Ms. Marcia, owner of the store, who called me already, exchanging ideas and already came with the glasses made for me, because I always had difficulty picking up my cheeks. I'm very happy, because you selected a gorgeous one that fit perfect for me. I'm feeling powerful and more beautiful when I use it and I only get compliments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na Roxy hoje 23/5/2022 no período da tarde buscando fazer uma lente de grau. A única atendente no local foi pouco prestativa. Perguntei se poderia me dizer a espessura da lente do meu óculos, disse que não. Logo depois perguntei se poderia me mostrar a diferença de espessura de uma lente de alto índice 1,67 vs 1,74 para me ajudar a decidir entre as duas(já que a diferença de preço é mais de mil reais). Ela disse que não novamente e não quis entender o que eu estava procurando ou como poderia ajudar. Enfim, para um lugar onde trabalham com produtos de alto nível esperaria um atendimento condizente.
