★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Ray Ban na ótica Scala no shopping Manaira, com um ano de uso saiu o nome da marca ( o nome Ray Ban) das lentes do óculos. Fui na ótica fazer uma reclamação, pois é um produto de custo alto e o produto está deteriorado e a gerente disse que ia fazer um favor para mim em trocar as lentes, que ia fazer o pedido. A minha visita a loja foi em novembro de 2017 e até agora não chegou essas lentes de FAVOR. Liguei várias vezes para a loja disseram que não chegou e agora faz um mês que ligo todos os dias e todos os horários e ninguém me atende. Uso óculos Ray Ban desde 1985 e nunca vi um produto tão ruim. Enfim o último contato que tive com a ótica, depois de esperar a lente por 1ano a ótica disse que a lente não vem mais, devido o tempo. Essa foi a resposta. Nunca mais compro óculos nessa ótica, óculos não é original, de péssima qualidade e o pós-venda não exite.
I bought a Ray Ban at Scala optics at the Manaira mall, after one year of use, the brand name (the name Ray Ban) came out of the glasses lenses. I went to the optician to make a complaint, as it is a high-cost product and the product is deteriorated and the manager said she would do me a favor by changing the lenses, that she would order. My visit to the store was in November 2017 and so far these FAVOR lenses have not arrived. I called the store several times and they said it didn't arrive and now it's been a month since I've called every day and every time and no one answers me. I've been wearing Ray Ban sunglasses since 1985 and I've never seen such a bad product. Anyway, the last contact I had with the optics, after waiting for the lens for 1 year, the optician said that the lens doesn't come anymore, due to time. That was the answer. I will never buy glasses from this optician again, glasses are not original, of poor quality and the after-sales service does not exist.
