★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ótica, com excelentes funcionários. Tive problemas de adaptação com meu óculos multifocal e todos tiveram muuuita paciência comigo. Sempre me receberam muito bem. A gerente Bete me ajudou demais. Descobri, por fim, que o oftalmologista errou na prescrição do grau para perto. Fui em outro que corrigiu a prescrição. A ótica refez minhas lentes com o grau correto e ficou perfeito! Fiz na lente da marca própria, inclusive, e adaptei no primeiro dia. Só tenho gratidão por todos que me atenderam lá.
Great optics with great staff. I had fitting problems with my multifocal glasses and everyone had a lot of patience with me. They always received me very well. Manager Bete helped me a lot. Finally, I discovered that the ophthalmologist was wrong in prescribing the near degree. I went to another who corrected the prescription. The optics redid my lenses to the correct degree and was perfect! I made the lens of my own brand, inclusive, and adapted it on the first day. I only have gratitude for all who attended me there.
