★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, total descaso com o cliente. No meu caso demorou quase dois meses pra entregar meus óculos e quando, finalmente entregaram, estava com o eixo errado. Tive que voltar lá mais algumas vezes pra medir novamente. Gastei muito com isso. Eles nem sequer me ligavam pra dar satisfação, eu que tinha que ligar. Gastando também com créditos de celular.
Sou alto míope e sofri muito com isso! Nao recomendo ninguém essa loja! Péssima! Péssimos profissionais! Se é que são profissionais...
Bad service, total neglect with the customer. In my case it took nearly two months to deliver my glasses and when finally delivered, was on the wrong axis. I had to go back a few more times to measure again. I spent a lot on that. They didn't even call me for satisfaction, I had to call. Spending also on cellphone credits.
I am a nearsighted and suffered a lot from it! I do not recommend anyone this store! Terrible! Terrible professionals! If they are professionals ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei meio decepcionada com o atendimento hoje, agora por volta das 18:40. Sou cliente da ótica a mais de 10 anos, desde a época da Manchester e nunca fui tão mal atendida. Me apresentaram algumas armações, comigo em pé e disse não ter mais nenhuma do meu agrado, sendo que tinha muitas outras a exposição. Perguntei pela lente, e a mesma vendedora me disse que as lentes só caixa fechada. Isso nunca havia ocorrido, muito me decepcionou o atendimento, com isso deixei de adquirir o produto e não retorno a loja.
