Achei isso um absurdo. Baita irresponsabilidade. Poderia está atendendo pelo site e ou enviado uma mensagem via WhatsApp.
I requested glasses and due to pandemic nobody answers me, I'm in trouble to see, and not contacted to give a satisfaction.
I thought this was absurd. Huge irresponsibility. Could the site and are attending or sending a message via WhatsApp.
